Before you can forward a port, you need to know the following things. First, you’ll need to know what is your IP address. After that, you will need to know how to open your command prompt window. How to Forward Ports

- 8393 – 8400 TCP (Patcher and Maestro)
- 2099 TCP (PVP.Net)
- 5223 TCP (PVP.Net)
- 5222 TCP (PVP.Net)
- 5222 TCP (PVP.Net)
- 443 TCP (HTTPS Connections)
- 8088 UDP and TCP (Spectator Mode)
These are the ports that are required to be forward in order to play League of Legends and to improve the connections response time After performing the Ports forward you might need to restart your router for changes to take effect.
